Accountability: Coordinates the client relationship(s) by being an internal focal point by responding to inquiries, oversight of the agreed upon Service Levels, and regular meetings with the client.
This position will operate within various aspects of our business, from new client intake and startup, to day-to-day customer coordination, including working closely with a number of internal departments. This position will focus on understanding our client’s business and how we can provide quality services with our solutions.
Additionally, this position will work closely with the Operations team to represent the client and to facilitate the daily activities required to perform the clients processing needs. The position will also work closely with other internal departments to insure that client Service Level Agreements are being met and the monitoring and reporting of our performance.
Understand your client business needs at all levels and provide forward thinking guidance in order to stay ahead of client business requirements.
Work with Account Managers to provide a consistent and uniform client message and informational reporting structure.
